    We have just returned from the Vine Resort, Cancun, a beautiful place and time spent. We have received 3days 2 nights stay in deluxe room for 2adults@ participating AM Resorts. One time activation fee $199.00 We are looking at sometime in Feb.2015 and possibly add on 2 more days. Need info regarding this request. The Secrets Montego Bay, either one.       We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time at Secrets The Vine in Cancun. Regarding the certificate that you would like to use for an upcoming stay in Jamaica; in order to activate the certificate and reserve your stay you do need to call the number that appears on the certificate itself and the call centre team will be more than happy to assist you in providing more information.

      If you agreed to auto-billing at the moment of purchase the payment will be automatically deducted from the card registered. If not then it will be necessary for you to call our free phone number where one of our executives will be more than happy to assist you.

    Anytime we have spoke with a reservation agent they have been rude. We wish we had never purchased this contract with Unlimited Vacation and will specify this in all of our social media. One of the worst purchases I have ever been tricked into.

      Good Afternoon Jane, As a member the hotel rates provided are highly discounted and for this reason do need to be paid up front as opposed to the full price rates paid by non-members. We apologize if this was not explained clearly enough to you when your membership plan was purchased.

    Why is it so hard to get a reservation correct? I have spent over 2 hours on the phone and a few emails and my reservation is still wrong. We booked a king ocean view room and my confirmation says double beds. I was told not to worry that the resort has the request but I am concerned.

    We purchased the unlimited vacation membership 2 years ago. It was fine until this year. When we checked into the Sectrets Playa Mujares on Dec 26, one of the rooms was not ready. We were put in a class of room that was less than what we paid for for 2 days, 1 night. We went to the preferred club everyday to get a refund of the difference for that 1 night. Everyday we were told it was being processed. The representative from UVC pointed the finger at the resort and vice versa. Needless to say, we are still emailing with the concierge (can’t get to to the GM, in fact were told there was “really no one in charge” at the resort when we checked out.) regarding the refund. We have no support from UVC. I’m very disappointed overall with customer service on both ends. Eager to take your money, but not able to provide refund when one is warranted.
