By verifying the reservation information, confirming arrival times as well as any special requests that members may require we can ensure that each and every vacation is personalized to perfection.
Meet the Team:
Originally from Texas, Richard has made Cancun, Mexico his home for almost 15 years. He is married with two daughters and in his free time he enjoys snorkeling. His absolute favorite things in the whole world are Canadian Maple Syrup and Bacon!
Richard has been working with Unlimited Vacation Club since the very beginning starting in the sales department, moving on to Quality Assurance and is now the Executive in charge of Member’s Services.
Gabriel was born in the Mexican state of Yucatan but has been residing in Cancun for over 20 years. He loves to spend his days off with his wife and 3 children enjoying the beautiful beaches of the Mexican Caribbean.
Starting off as part of the operations team in Secrets Maroma, he worked his way up to Quality Assurance before finally fulfilling his passion for customer care as part of the Member’s Services team.
